100% New Mexico
From one child's story to a movement ensuring every family can thrive
Anna is eight years old. Her story—grounded in data and shared in Anna, Age Eight—reveals how gaps in access to essential services can shape a child's life, health, and future. It also sparked a movement: the 100% New Mexico initiative, dedicated to ensuring that every child and family has what they need to survive and thrive.
This self-guided, ten-module course brings Anna's story to life for educators, health workers, advocates, and community leaders. Participants will explore how adverse childhood experiences arise—and how they can be prevented—by strengthening the systems that serve families. With a focus on practical, county-level action, the course offers tools and strategies to build the services that make healthy childhoods possible.
Because no child's future should depend on their zip code—and every county can be a place where families thrive.
Each module follows a four-part rhythm — Start, Journey, Explore, Arrive — guiding you through Anna's story and how one child's experience sparked the 100% New Mexico initiative to ensure ten vital services reach 100% of families.
